How does a distance session work?
Energy healing isn't limited to physical presence as energy isn't bound by time or space. a Distance Energy Healing is a gentle practice that supports your well-being, no matter where you are located. Healing support can be offered from afar with the same loving intention as an in-person session.
During a distance session, you simply rest in a comfortable space, I'll guide you through a relaxing meditation, then intentionally connect with your energy. I act as a clear channel for supportive, source energy, allowing it to flow where it is most needed. There is nothing you need to do - this is a time to relax, receive, and rest.
Many clients describe feeling deeply relaxed lighter, grounded, or emotionally supported after a session. Others notice greater clarity, a sense of inner peace, or a deeper connection to spirit. Every experience is unique and no session is ever the same.
A distance energy healing will support your nervous system, mind, and body. It is not meant to replace medical or professional care, but to compliment your existing wellness practices and to help you feel more calmed, centred, and connected within.
