Why We Created This:

Hi, my name is Ann, I'm a mom of 3 and a Energy Healer, Reflexologist, and Meditation Teacher. I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you're doing everything right - watching what you eat, taking your daily supplements, exercising, and practicing mindfulness only to feel tired and burnt out and like you can't keep up with your kids. Over the years I've experienced lots of ups and downs with my health. I was the kid who was sick multiple times a month and missed a ton of school. I started to somewhat get into wellness in high school because I was tired of being sick (I started taking vitamins, practicing yoga, and eating healthier.) In college I experienced really bad acne which was another turning point for me to dive deeper into my health. Then when I had my first born I experienced postpartum depression and anxiety which is the hardest thing I've ever been through, but it was also the catalyst of me becoming a holistic healer.
It's my passion to support moms in feeling lighter, clearer, and like their best selves through Energy Healing, Reflexology, Meditation, and Wellness products. I have so many clients who are in the middle of motherhood and arent feeling great emotionally or physically, and they deal with the stress of their kids getting sick often. It's my intention to share everything I've learned over the years to support your own health as well as your families. This information has taken me over a decade to learn and has cost thousands of dollars in trainings. I am excited to be able to share it with you as it's something I wish I had when becoming a new mom.

Hi, I'm Megan. As a mom of two, I've had seasons where I wasn't confident in my mothering at all. I felt like I was doing everything wrong, snapping in moments of rage, and constantly questioning if I was enough. Those struggles left me searching for tools to not only take care of myself, but to create more peace and connection in our whole family.

Finishing my yoga teacher training gave me practices that helped me regulate, reset, and reconnect - But I knew it couldn't stop with just me. That's why we created created Nourished & Empowered: a course for total family wellness. Because it's not just about the mom, it's about creating a foundation where the entire family feels supported, nourished and able to thrive together.

Yes, we created this course with moms in mind. We get it, we are also busy moms and each class will be 60-75 minutes long.

Do I need any experience?
​
No. whether you've been interested in holistic healing for years or you are brand new to natural healing this course was designed to be beginner friendly while diving deeper into holistic practices to add on to your knowledge.

What if I can't watch it live?
​
The replay will be available after for you to watch at your convenience!

How is the course delivered?
​
We will meet online each week on zoom on Tuesdays at 7PM. The class will be 60-75 minutes long. You'll have access to the replays to watch at your own pace and you'll also receive guided meditations, yoga practices, and a workbook to do on your own time.

How long do I have access to the materials?

You'll have lifetime access to the replays, workbook, guided meditations, and yoga classes.
